Traditional Persian Charcoal Fire
While some restaurants use gas burners to cook their meals, at Baron we believe nothing tastes as good as fresh ingredients grilled to perfection on a traditional charcoal fire. Not only does charcoal create a hotter, more even heat on which to cook, it sears the meat and chars the vegetables, locking in the flavours and adding crispy textures to so many of our dishes.

Based on Liverpool’s historic Bold Street, Baron is available for walk-in customers throughout the day. Table bookings are advised, however, if you wish to guarantee a seat. All restaurant bookings are handled through Quandoo and can be managed through their app.
